Ugne's 'Sweet Alternative' is a cookbook dedicated to those who cannot enjoy sweets due to allergies or intolerances. She suggests an alternative way to desserts eliminating the most common allergens such as dairy, gluten or sugar, introducing new and modern ingredients. Gluten free cookies, dairy free ice cream or raw, sugar free cakes are all made using healthy and delicious substitutes.
